Cemre is a producer, lyricist, MC, beat maker, you name it, who joined our roster in October 2019. Hailing from Turkey, he has been composing since 2012 and is highly technical about his craft. When asked about the details behind his debut single with us, Blurriness, for example, he had this to say:
“I made Blurriness on FL Studio Mobile about 10 months ago and the mastering of the beat was done by Artline Record Company in Ankara, Turkey. There are 16 channel in the project of the beat: 2 Pads (called Emotions), 2 808 Basses with kick (called 808 Synth Destroyed and 808 Synth Blasted), Picked Bass, Snare (called MA Obscure Snare), Clap (called Attack Clap 03), Hat (called FL Chromo CH 2), Hat (called Attack Hat 11), Hat (called FL GrvCH 02), Hat (called Downstream CHat 01), Percussion (called MA MachineCity Perc), Cymbal (FL Ekit Cymbal 1), 2 Bell Sounds (called Messybell) and Female Sound (called LollieVox Ahh). I applied Graphic EQ, Reverb and Trance Delay to the Pads…Graphic EQ to the 808 Basses…Graphic EQ to the picked bass. I applied Graphic EQ and Reverb to the snare…Graphic EQ and Reverb to the clap…Graphic EQ to the first hat…Graphic EQ to the percussion. I applied Trance Delay and Reverb to the cymbal. I applied Trance Delay and Reverb to the bell sounds. I applied Graphic EQ and Reverb to the female sounds. The BPM of the beat is 165. The sample rate of the beat with mastering is 24 bit 44.1 khz.”
More to the point, however, he has created an evocative track with Blurriness, its skittering beat fading in and out atop a dreamy, melodic keyboard and other complimentary elements. So give a listen here and be sure to track the progress of this compelling breakout figure:
Clint is a relatively new hip-hop/pop artist who signed with Exquisite Noise Records in October 2019. That month, we released his brash debut EP, I’m Clint, which nicely summarizes what he is all about. Kicking things off in appropriate fashion with the title track, this four song set flows along effortlessly on a sea of dreamy beats and his gently swaying vocals. Despite the “explicit lyrics” sticker, this collection mostly steers clear of gangsta-style harshness and focuses more on compelling melodies and honest, plainspoken lyrics. He has since followed up that release with the equally sharp Almost OK. All in all, it’s a sharp initial outing for this artist, and we look forward to his assuredly bright future.

Oko & the Authority, an experimental EDM band hailing from Italy, have just released their debut album with us. The album, recorded by the band itself, has been mixed by Enrico Tiberi and mastered by Pete Maher (who mastered works from Lana del Rey, U2, Katy Perry, Linkin Park, Patti Smith, Nine Inch Nails, among others).
This collection of ten deep tracks, ever-changing and ambitious, mixes IDM, EDM, Glitch, Trance and Progressive, a diverse set able to recall the sound of giants such as Telefon Tel Aviv, Daft Punk, Moby, Squarepusher, Alan Parsons, The Algorithm, Hans Zimmer and Robert Miles.
The band itself describes the album in the following way:
“What is Ukronia? It’s our experiment, a multi-shaped microcosm of sounds yearning for the unexplored, the new, the unspoken. The artist creates, and we tried to mold into sound the frontiers of our dreams and feelings. For this reason this album’s identity is the absence of identity itself, between untold sounds and sonorous tales.
Music is in constant evolution. However, we trace our roots deep into those who first pioneered our representative genres: going back to the origins in order to build the future. We want to bring our music to different contexts: live exhibitions, DJ sets, videogame or movie soundtracks, or just a source for pleasurable listening.”
This album dances between classic and modern, old and new, proven and untested, representing the varied artistic background of every member of the group. As a four piece outfit, these are the parties responsible for the various aspects of their sound:
– Aldo Giovagnoli aka Truffaldo (Bass Guitar/guitar/record producer) – Davide Benedetti aka DvD (piano/orchestra/composition) – Emanuele Nisi aka Krisy (drums/drum machine) – Lorenzo Giaché aka Clipped (DJ/Synthesizer/keyboards)

Hailing from Japan and Egypt, Super Bubbly is a truly international duo consisting of singer/actress Yumi and producer/songwriter Ramz. Their music is always fun and will keep you smiling long after the last drum crashes. Yumi brings a special theatrical spin on modern songwriting and a colorful, lovable personality to the duo. Ramz is an accomplished producer and songwriter having worked with Luke Tozour (Katy Perry), Flaviake (international artist), Dree Mon (retro indie pop), Lo (alternative band), etc. He’s able to keep the sounds fresh and fun while focusing on the most important thing, the song itself. From their first meeting, Yumi and Ramz’s chemistry was magical and the writing even more so. They are currently in the studio recording their self-titled debut EP. Having recently wrapped their first video, created by some great talent including a DP that has done visual fx on big budget Hollywood movies and an actor from The Office, Super Bubbly is poised to take their place on the international stage of quirky, fun J-pop music.
Led by the charismatic virtuoso Frank Medley for going on four decades, The Get-A-Way Band is known as one of the more popular live draws in their native Mansfield, Ohio region, and have released four discs of original material to date, with a fifth soon on the way. If you had to categorize their music, you might say blues based classic rock, yet this ensemble touches upon virtually every genre in some fashion and can pull off just about anything. If ever in the area and itching for a good show, they are not to be missed. He was actually recently elected to the Mansfield Musician Hall Of Fame – check out his page there:
Frank has been the steadiest contributor to our compilation album series, with an amazing unbroken streak of appearing on all of them. He has placed his latest single, Run, on our soon to be released 2019 disc, and also these previous classics, which you can listen to now on iTunes:
These Ohio pranksters actually began their wild ride as wee lads, clear back in 1986. Owing to licensing restrictions for unauthorized samples, a good two-thirds of their material, if not more, remains unreleased to this day. Despite at one point taking an eleven year gap between studio albums, they have in fact been remarkably prolific when their career is taken as a whole:
Though limited edition copies do exist on disc, this collection waited ten years (2014) for a digital release, albeit in much smaller form – only 18 of the original 37 tracks. Owing to uncleared samples and rights to parodies of popular songs, the band spent ten years battling for just this much, but what’s available is definitely worth seeking out.
Roughly speaking, their career can be split into four distinct phases. In the early years, banging around on the equivalent of pots and pans and recording themselves on a boombox, drastically different lineups completed the first two albums (Doom J Warrior being the only constant member on both) before taking a long hiatus. In 1991, with founding member XT Force returning and a new recruit, Quigley G brought into the mix, they entered their most steadily productive era, one that, like a low budget Beastie Boys, focused on lifted samples and amateurish rhymes with very little live original music, despite, if nothing else, Quigley’s chops on numerous instruments. Beginning in late ’93, however, the group initially struggled to survive his loss of input, as he was fired under mysterious circumstances, and the band also suffered during this period two separate episodes of Doom J quitting, and the death of Dustin Bones, who had been with them since Goofy Guys II.
Somewhere around mid ’95 they did hit their stride again, with the remaining trio of XT, Doom J, and Weezy now playing a great deal of the material themselves, moving more in an indie rock direction and away from the crude clownishness of their earlier offerings. Finally, after another extended break, during which the three members confess they may not have picked up an instrument once, Quigley G was reinstated in February of 2001 at the urging of XT Force, and the two of them began compiling a monolithic tower of material with sizable contributions by the other two and their first new addition in more than a decade, the slightly older troubadour Agent Nazi 1. For three years solid they recorded pretty much nonstop, and though just one studio effort has thus far emerged (mostly because, as XT confesses, they became overwhelmed and paralyzed by this mountain of tape), they have continued working steadily ever since. A few stray tracks have emerged here and there, and it’s believed that a 2020 release date is likely for their next full length magnum opus.
“We’re about 50% finished with the next record,” XT jokes, “then again, that’s exactly where we were ten years ago.”

They have also been frequent contributors to our compilation album series, donating for example their latest single, Retro Avocado, to our 2019 disc, Chill Before Serving.
CashMon is a prolific Texas rapper who burst upon the scenes in 2018, releasing 7 singles that year alone. His subject matter is diverse, and it also doesn’t hurt when currying favor with one’s label to name check them in your songs – as far as we can determine, he is the first hip-hop artist in Exquisite Noise history to do so. Aside from this his rhymes are clever and fresh, commonly backed by catchy, driving beats. In May 2019, he contributed Gucci Walk (featuring guest rapper Marty Griptite) to our Chill Before Serving compilation.
Since that time, he has gone on to issue a number of successful releases. Other Side, released in January of 2023, has already become his most streamed single. He also performed in the ’23 edition of the vaunted SXSW festival in Austin, Texas, another Exquisite Noise first. Another notable appearance for him was the Coast 2 Coast show held in L.A. in August of 2022. Working with the most top notch producers on the scene, his legacy and impressive body of work continues to grow. We are extremely excited to see what the future will hold for CashMon.
Clinton Hill a.k.a. CDMG Peezo is a fresh hip-hop artist we recently signed, who is just beginning to make his mark on the industry. When recently asked to tell us a little about himself, he had this to say:
“When you think of Circle Drive, you immediately think of CDMG Peezo. Hailing from Pine Bluff, Arkansas, I am embarking on a professional and potentially lucrative career that will introduce a new and cutting edge to today’s music industry. First, I’d like to tell you a little more about CDMG Peezo.
The nickname Peezo originated from my friends in the neighborhood where I grew up. My artistry represents the reality of the slums because that all I ever known. Through my music, I speak on the adversities that I’ve encountered and dealt with through my music. Most I overcame, but a few overcame me. My music most definitely symbolize the lifestyle and struggle that have created the man, the mentality and the magnitude of CDMG Peezo.
I continually strive to keep my music both authentic and entertaining to listen to. Humbled by my life choices, I want the world to experience what I’ve been holding back. I recently dropped a new hot single titled “Go Get It”, with a video that was very popular locally. That was one of my biggest milestones, but I believe this may be the first of many.
Additionally, A&R Factory featured me both in an article and on their homepage. Currently, I’m being sponsored by Rude Boy Lifestyle Magazine, so this is a huge accomplishment for me.”
