Bringing Bhangra To The Masses

It’s been a good month for us here at Exquisite Noise. Hot on the heels of bringing Zayed Hassan into our fold, we are now announcing the addition of UK bhangra act Virsa Productionz to the roster. While we certainly would not claim to be experts on this genre by any means, we knew that we liked what we heard, and are eager to kick off this partnership with some brand new music. Virsa does currently have one video in circulation on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RBh5S7RmwgY) and are hard at work on a full slate of tracks. They are also pursuing a high profile sponsorship deal back home in their native London, so let’s keep our fingers crossed on that one and wish them luck.

As one of the primary artists on the Exquisite Noise roster, I have been placed in charge of manning this beast. I have no idea what I’m doing, or what I’m supposed to be saying. But just like anything else connected with myself, my band, or my label, it seems to jump in first and figure out what’s going on later is the only known method.
